Finance Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of financial management principles, including balance sheet reconciliation, revenue management, and cost control. This role is critical in guiding our financial strategy and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.

Duties

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable and revenue management.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial forecasts to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Monitor cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management on financial performance and forecasts.

Experience

• Proven experience in a finance management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of compliance management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
