Responsibilities
- Crafting outstanding beverages
- Being a resource of knowledge about our wines, spirited drinks and food pairings
- Adhering to safe food handling practices
- Maintaining bar area cleanliness and adhering to all required standards
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
- Previous experience in outdoor dining or al fresco restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
