As a Skilled Care CNA at Thorne Crest, you'll work with a team committed to providing residents with high-quality care to promote highest functioning level in the resident's daily living (ADL's), participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities and help to create a healthy lifestyle within our safe, home-like environment. Hourly wages starting at $19.00 and up based on experience Additional shift differential pay up to $5.00 / hr Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! What You Need : Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the State of Minnesota / Minnesota Direct Care Worker Registry. Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome.
