Thorne Crest Senior Living Community is looking for an Skilled Nursing Administrator (LNHA)! Thorne Crest has a beautiful campus, that has been serving the Albert Lea area for over 55 years! As the Administrator (LNHA) of our Skilled Care at Thorne Crest, you will oversee the operations of the Community in accordance with state and federal regulations; as well as, the ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.
- Salary ranges from $90,000-110,000/annually, based on your experience!

What You Need:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator within the state of MN
- Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or equivalent
- 1 year of Long-Term Care Administrator experience required
- Demonstrated leadership competencies in health care management and operations
