Sign-On Bonus $10,000! Thorne Crest is looking for a Director of Nursing! The Director of Nursing serves our Skilled Nursing Facility, consisting of 42 skilled nursing beds and 9 rehabilitation beds. The great part about being a DON at Thorne Crest, you have many levels of support to assist you; such as the ADON, Specialized Wound Care RN, company based MDS Coordinator, and on-site therapy services!
As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Thorne Crest , you will have oversight the clinical staff and you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being; as well as, supervising staff in day-to-day activities.
- Starts at $90,000 / annually and goes up based on experience!
