Sign-On Bonus $10,000! Thorne Crest is looking for a Director of Nursing! The Director of Nursing serves our Skilled Nursing Facility, consisting of 42 skilled nursing beds and 9 rehabilitation beds. Our team at Thorne Crest is nothing short of amazing, dedicating themselves to the quality care that is served to our residents!
As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Thorne Crest , you will have oversight the clinical staff and you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being; as well as, supervising staff in day-to-day activities.
- Annual salary starts at $90,000 - $104,000; based on experience!
