Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Credit Control Manager. The successful candidate will oversee our in house credit control matters within our Client Accounts Team, ensuring efficient management of the aged debt and credit control process. This is a full time, permanent position located in Vimto Gardens.

Let's talk about the role, it involves:

  • Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to ensure timely collection of in house debts while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Lead and manage the credit control team, providing guidance, training, and support to two credit control officers monitoring team performance and achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and manage collections processes, including negotiating suitable payment plans and resolving disputes.
  • Prepare regular reports on aged debt and credit control processes to report into Accounts Managers. Communicate with clients and tenants regarding their overdue accounts, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with other departments, including lettings and property management, to ensure seamless operations and address any issues related to credit control.
