Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of landscape workers and provide guidance and direction
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including planting, irrigation, and maintenance
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and timelines
- Oversee the care and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and trees
- Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to ensure proper watering
- Provide leadership and training to team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscape workers
- Extensive knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance techniques
- Proficient in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Experience in lawn care, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
