JOB OPENING: Van Driver (part time)
The Van Driver is responsible for transporting Thornton Academy students residing in Portland and Scarborough to and from school in Saco, Maine(two stops). Pick up and drop off will be at Hannaford in Scarborough and Portland. Although there will be a schedule of daily trips, the schedule may also change unexpectedly depending on student and program needs.
Services are generally required all weekdays before and after school (est 7:15AM-8:30AM and 3:00PM-4:30PM, depending on each day’s needs) during the school year. There may be additional hours depending on need.
Required qualifications:
- Valid Maine driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL designation not required)
- Current Criminal History Records Check (required by Maine law)
