Join Our Team: Automotive Administrative Assistant - Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion is looking for a dedicated and organized Automotive Administrative Assistant to support our operations. About the Role:
As an Automotive Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our vehicle inventory and marketing efforts run smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with our team to maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage vehicle information in our DMS and vehicle management platforms.
- Create essential vehicle documents and materials, including deal jackets, FTC stickers, window stickers, stock stickers, key tags, and hang tags.
- Produce promotional vinyl stickers for vehicle marketing.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Track the lifecycle of used vehicles from acquisition to lot display using Excel. Support social media management by creating and scheduling posts to enhance our brand presence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with administrative tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
