Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual needs for each event.
- Manage event budgets effectively while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events and engage potential attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process and during events.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
