Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager for full-time position. Prior experience with AMS 360 management system a plus. IL Property & Casualty Insurance license required. Salary dependant on experienced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with an experienced commercial agent to manage a generalist book of commercial accounts.
- Market renewals and new business opportunities
- Process endorsements and policy changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding policy updates, claims, and billing.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
