- Provide administrative support by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication.
- Support office management tasks including coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
