Summary/Objective
The Production Associate will have the opportunity to work in our Sampling, Projects, and Returns departments.
Hours are Monday –Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with opportunity for occasional overtime. (Can accommodate to a part time schedule)
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
Essential Functions

Sampling:
· Must be able to tag any and all material requested.
· Will be required to use a manual special adhesive or operate a hot glue machine.
· Accurately fill out all required documentation for each specific job.
Projects:
· Complete all tasks that may be part of the Projects Department – Labeling, Binders, Assembling, Audits, Recycling
· Operate the shrink wrapper and drill press
· Accurately fill out all required documentation for each specific job.
· Perform first piece inspection as well as in process quality checks accompanied by the required paperwork.
Returns:
· Accurately and efficiently identify and sort client’s product.
· Become familiar with the client standards.
· Must be able to move though out the warehouse and return material to inventory.
General:
· Properly identify parts and operate all equipment used in the assembly process and be able to identify and properly tag rejected parts
· Assist with the training of new employees, and follow all company policies and procedures
· Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability

Preferred Experience Qualifications
· Read, learn and follow training, adhere precisely to written procedures
