Employment Opportunities

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our operations. Depending on your department, you may be involved in a variety of tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, or loss prevention. No prior experience is required for most roles—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Store materials in designated areas following warehouse procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow and high operational standards.

Work Environment

The employee is subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes. The employee may be subject to fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Required to stoop, kneel and crouch
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as a loud environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
