Moving Helper

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs. If you have experience in moving, heavy lifting, or warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload items from trucks and other vehicles using proper techniques.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move heavy items.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items for transport.
• Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or loading dock.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues that arise.

Experience

• Previous experience in moving, delivery driving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
• Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and box trucks is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is preferred for those interested in van driving or delivery roles.
• Strong teamwork skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and efficiency in completing tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
