Administrative Assistant
Part-Time/20 Hours per week
Thorp Housing authority is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. Job duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, greeting tenants and visitors, accounts payable and accounts receivable, typing letters and notices, preparing tenant files for recertification and reporting changes to HUD. Various other administrative tasks as needed. Applicants must be well organized and detail oriented, understand basic accounting, have good customer service skills, and at least two years of prior experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
