Role and Responsibilities
- Ensures that his/her employees are appropriately qualified and have sufficient resources, skills, and training to fulfill their
- Must have the ability to manage a diverse group of people and foster relationships for continued employment

- Providing any assistance necessary to ensure your team members work safely as
- Monitor and correct employee’s safety habits and conduct meetings as required
- Identify and properly use, inspect and maintain personal protective equipment, including but not limited to: boots, glasses, hardhat, gloves, face shield, goggles, leathers, earplugs
- Ability to assist with developing and maintaining all equipment maintenance records in an organized manner as directed
- Ability to assist with equipment maintenance, including washing and cleaning equipment as directed
- Ability to clean up work area during and after completing jobs and know correct method of disposal of waste as directed
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Be willing and able to work a variety of schedules on-call, including dayshift, nightshift, weekend and holidays, and also be willing to travel and work out of town when necessary
- Comply with all policies and procedures
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment
- 3 years’ experience or more as a coating applicator is a plus
- Excellent team player with a flexible and open attitude
- Professional level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand, read, and write the English
- Ability to fully understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to communicate with staff members and customers clearly, effectively, and professionally directed
- Ability to drive a fork-lift, and to learn and implement all safety requirements associated with driving a fork-lift
- Know, understand, and be capable of utilizing emergency response protocol during an accident
- Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with staff members and customers clearly and effectively
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods of
- Reaching overhead, above the shoulders, and
- Occasional bending, kneeling, or
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling object(s) weighing up to 50
- Climbing ladders and working from heights as necessary
- The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace
The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.
