Role and Responsibilities

• Work alone in any applicable craft and its skills.

• Can lead by example.

• Capable of training employees.

• Follow Superintendent instructions.

• Learning to manage with assistance of Superintendent.

• Capable of working alone with a crew.

• Capable of documentation skills.

• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment

• Excellent Attendance.

• Excellent Safety Rating.

• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds. Team lifts are required on items over 50 pounds.

• Work from heights

• Work in confined spaces

• Work in hot temperatures

• Work in cold temperatures

• Enough clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively.
