What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawncare Crew Member position at Those Guys Lawn and Landscape LLC?
· Provide professional mowing and trimming service for our clients (teachable)
· Use lawncare tools such as rakes, trimming equipment, power trimmers, blowers, mowers, etc. to complete project tasks
· Prepare mow crew vehicles and equipment for the day
· Safely operate lawncare equipment with PPE
· Blow leaves and debris from patios, driveways and other hard surfaces
· Conduct routine lawncare equipment maintenance
· Resolve customer concerns if they arise
· Maintain clean and safe work environments, work areas and company assets
· Assess and communicate lawn and landscape needs to management
· Complete and submit daily agendas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
