Responsibilities
- Relationship Building and Sales Growth: Develop relationships with Thought Logic’s clients and key targets to grow the practice. Partner with Thought Logic leaders and business development team to continue to grow managed accounts and help to identify and align team to deliver exceptional results. Accountable for proposal development within the Product Strategy capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding them through complex Product Strategy initiatives. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, delivering measurable value and exceeding their expectations. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
- Solution Development: Identify market trends and emerging client needs related to Product Strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and sell innovative solutions, methodologies, and tools to address these evolving demands. Conduct market research and analyze product data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Team Building and Development: Help recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting or professional services at a Big 4 or similar firm.
- 5 years of experience in Product Strategy delivery role
- Demonstrated experience expanding opportunities in existing accounts.
- Demonstrated experience solutioning and generating new opportunities.
- Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment.
