Thoughtful Home Care provides a work environment that fits your schedule and life. As a Caregiver with Thoughtful Home Care, you work one-on-one with your client in the comfort of their home. Complete your tasks over a 4 hour shift minimum, choose your own schedule, and build rewarding and fulfilling relationships with the clients you work with.

Our caregivers provide quality one-on-one care to our clients - help with ADLS (bathing, toileting, dressing), companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to both male and female clients.

See your client ongoing so you can develop a relationship, make a cup of tea, go on walks, and make someone's day a little bit brighter every shift.

Get 24/7 On-Call Support & work with a Nurse-Directed team that respects, supports, and rewards your skills.

Work within your community and travel to a senior’s home that lives near you - now hiring full-time or part-time caregivers in and around the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.

Shift times range between the hours of 7AM - 11PM Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

-Assist clients with ADLs such as toileting, bathing, hygiene care, dressing, transferring, mobility, meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, transportation, and companionship!
-Possess a current and valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and current and valid car insurance
-Assist with errands and accompanying clients to appointments using your own vehicle
-Ability to lift at least 25lbs
-Willing and able to commit to a weekly schedule of at least 20 hours, weekend availability preferred
-Participate in criminal and motor vehicle background checks
-Provide care according to company standards

Qualifications:

-California Home Care Aide registration, required (Ask for more information about how to obtain registration through our agency)
-Current TB test, required
-First Aid/CPR Certification, obtain within two weeks of employment
-18 years of age or older at time of employment
-High School graduate
-Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
-Reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance
