Experience Level: Senior (10 years)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in application support, with a strong ability to work with both vendor and homegrown applications, including InfoLease, SpeedPay, and Salesforce. A basic understanding of SQL is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 support for a variety of applications, including origination platforms, homegrown apps, and Salesforce.
Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of users across approximately 30 applications.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve application issues.
Monitor and respond to notifications and alerts.
Assist in the support of InfoLease and SpeedPay applications.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in application support.
Proficiency in working with vendor and homegrown applications, including InfoLease, SpeedPay, and Salesforce.
Basic understanding of SQL (no coding required).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with origination platforms and other financial applications.
