Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with various data sets, including clinical case data, contact center data, and productivity metrics. The analyst will support multiple areas within Prime, from the C-suite to financial and legal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage data sets related to clinical cases, contact centers, and operational productivity.
Perform ad hoc data queries, data dumps, and project work, including ongoing support and repeated reports.
Spend the majority of time on clinical review while also supporting other areas.
Pull data from various systems, apply logic and analysis, and create dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Work on an ad hoc basis with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.
Technical Requirements:
Expertise in SQL (BigQuery, DB2, SQL, Salesforce data pulls).
Needs to be able to do complex joins, CTEs, case statements, query optimization, data cleansing, aggregation, recursive queries
Experience with PBM and healthcare data
Alteryx - high level ability to implement workflows both for automation, data cleansing, analysis, etc.
Python
functions, multiple libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Seaborn (R is another plus)
Automation, API integration,
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills to interface with requestors and stakeholders.
Ability to work in an Agile team environment with daily stand-ups at 9:40 AM CT.
Nice to Have:
PowerBI and/or Tableau
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
