Job Details
Role:Data Governance Lead
Location: Lake Mary, FL (onsite Mon, Wed, Fri)
Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire
MUST HAVES (TOP 3):
1. Strong Data Governance background with Collibra and data lineage tools (they use Solidatus or ASG but open to others)
2. Strong Data Management processes exp.
3. Familiarity with Oracle and moving environment to Snowflake (any cloud DW exp. is ok)
Not implementing processes, they will be leveraging them - they are a compliance org and provide the platform, follow consumer processes
- need to understand the processes from consumer POV and coordinate with everyone to ensure they always have the right data.
How to get good quality data, mapping (source and completeness aka profiling).
They are consuming Data and tasked 1) compliance and monitor platform, ensuring high quality of data to enhance.
Imperative to understand consumer processes to ensure they get right data all the time.
2) Responsible for mapping docs, identifying sources, profiling before consuming and candidates need to have expertise in this process
