Role:Network Engineer
Duration:12 Months
Location:Remote
Duties:
Work with the technical and project teams to archive milestones for major deliverable, US East Coast preferred time zone
Work closely with Local IT-Cross function to maintain high level user satisfaction
Build, support and maintain support documents, standard operating procedures and policies related to the network, security system infrastructure and best practices
Represent Level 3 and 4 escalation point for enterprise related network escalation for Enterprise Network related incidents
Average 2 weekends and off-hours support per month ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Required:
5 years of work experience in Systems Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or a Support Engineer
Deep understanding of Enterprise, Service Provider, and hosting environments both on-prem and Azure Cloud networking and/or security
Able to learn and support cutting-edge technologies while context-switching
Strong understanding of how to navigate technical and architectural discussions
Comfortable talking about technical topics/issues with businesspeople and business topics/issues with technical people; Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
Excellent communication and follow-up skills across internal and external organizations
Comfortable leading the technical and project team to archive milestones
Versatile with using various operating systems including Windows, Mac, and/or GNU/Linux
Familiarity with Healthcare industry and compliance
Familiarity with ITIL foundation, ITSM, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
Experience working with global enterprise environment.
Preferred:
Professional experience familiarity operating solutions built on cloud Azure
Professional experience with one of these Network Security domains: Zscaler, ZTA, and ZPA, Palo Alto Network and Check Point Firewalls
Professional experience with Cisco Enterprise network solutions : Cisco Meraki, Cisco SDA
Professional experience with DDI - Infoblox, Cloudflare, Route53 or similar services
Working Knowledge of Enterprise applications, Datacenter fabric and Service Provider backbone
Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, and MS Active Directory
Industry certifications such as Zscaler, CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP, ITSM, ITIL
