Job Title: Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor (Fit Body Boot Camp)

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team at Fit Body Boot Camp. As an integral part of our fitness center, you will play a key role in guiding and inspiring our clients to reach their full potential through engaging group classes and personalized training sessions.
Responsibilities:
Conducting High-Energy Group Fitness Classes: Lead fun and challenging group fitness classes that cater to participants of varying fitness levels. Utilize creative and effective workout routines to keep classes engaging and enjoyable.Personalized Training Sessions: Provide one-on-one training sessions for clients looking to focus on specific fitness goals or seeking personalized attention.Fitness Assessments: Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Create tailored fitness plans that align with individual needs.Motivation and Support: Offer continuous support, encouragement, and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey, fostering a positive and empowering environment.Safety and Technique: Ensure that participants perform exercises with proper form and technique, promoting a safe workout environment for all.Client Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to training programs to ensure continued improvement.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.Schedule Flexibility: Be available for early morning, evening, and Saturday shifts to accommodate our clients' diverse schedules.

Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
