- Own Your Appointments: You’ll attend pre-scheduled appointments using a company-provided vehicle and meet with homeowners to assess their needs.
- Inspect and Recommend: Perform in-depth home inspections, diagnose issues with current systems, and provide personalized, effective recommendations to enhance their home’s protection.
- Hit Big Goals: Aim high, exceed sales targets, and ensure customers are thrilled with the solutions you’ve provided.
- Master Your Craft: Conduct routine diagnostics and maintenance on existing systems in the home, always focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience (if you’ve got the drive, we’ll teach you the rest)
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time, based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes a motor vehicle record and a background check
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Expect to earn between $130k-$190k with a base salary and uncapped commissions. The more you put in, the more you’ll earn.
