- On a day-to-day basis, the Production Manager will coach, lead, mentor, and develop our construction / production team members that serve homeowners. Teaching them safety and efficiency while installing water, foundation, and concrete solutions. While maintaining the homeowner experience through quality and 5 star service ensuring professionalism through all aspects of their Thrasher experience!
