As a District Sales Manager, you will lead teams dedicated to advancing our mission of redefining the construction industry. For nearly 50 years, we have protected homeowners' largest investments in an industry where many contractors fail to meet expectations. We are committed to changing this narrative, one homeowner at a time, by delivering exceptional experiences and redefining customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team that is serving our homeowners. Your leadership will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, while fostering a culture that recognizes and rewards teamwork, dedication, and shared values, including One Team, One Experience, One Passion, and One Community. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that every homeowner has a remarkable experience and that our teams consistently exceed customer satisfaction goals.
What we are looking for:
- A business-minded leader with a passion for coaching and developing others, helping them reach their full potential. A proven track record of leading teams for at least five years is required.
- An individual who excels at driving accountability and cultivating a strong organizational culture.
- Someone who understands the importance of listening, meeting individual needs, and leading with an approach that fosters trust and motivates others.
- A high-energy leader with the ability to inspire and energize a team. Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional planning and prioritization abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the ability to motivate and engage others.
- A valid driver’s license, with the ability to pass a driving record check and a criminal background check.
