The HCM Solutions Trainer will design and recommend highly engaging learning experiences and facilitate dynamic content creation. Additionally, the Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of learning solutions with organizational objectives, and in implementing best practices to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
As part of the broader enablement strategy, the HCM Solutions Trainer will stay current with industry trends and best practices, participating in continuous professional development. This role also includes mentoring new team members and contributing to the growth and development of the training function within the organization.
