The Time & Attendance Specialist is responsible for assisting our customers with the support, design and implementation of their iSolved Time & Attendance solution. The Time & Attendance Specialist will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and supporting common Time & Attendance features. The Specialist is continuously involved in the hardware and software life cycle including technical design, hands-on coding, performance tuning, maintenance, test automation, and upgrades.


Regardless of complexity, the Time & Attendance Specialist executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones while closely collaborating with team members and clients to facilitate a thorough and accurate setup to effectively meet clients business requirements.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Design & Build: Time, Scheduling & Advanced PTO for New Clients - Work closely with our new clients and Implementation Project Managers to successfully analyze the client's time needs and build their desired solution in an accurate and timely manner.

2. Time & Attendance SME (Subject Matter Expert) - Continually learn all aspects of iSolved time and attendance to reach mastery to assist cross-functional teams with knowledge, design, & ongoing support. This includes learning new iSolved releases, quality assurance testing and training cross-functional teams of new features, and active consulting with our Sales Team regarding positioning iSolved time and helping create a custom solution that will best serve the client.


3. Time Hardware Setup & Support - Work directly with Thread's clients to consult, order, and install time collecting hardware for new and existing clients. This includes deep knowledge of available clocks, ability to troubleshoot network infrastructure so that clocks can successfully communicate with their purchased iSolved solution. When necessary, the Specialist will visit the client onsite to help set up and support their time hardware.


4. Advanced Time Support for Existing Clients - Working closely with our support team, the Time and Attendance Specialist helps diagnose and troubleshoot existing clients tickets. When necessary, will proactively optimize older time setups with the latest functionality released by iSolved.


REQUIREMENTS

  • HCM Time and Attendance Implementation Experience
  • Payroll Experience (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (preferred)
  • Time & Hardware Knowledge (required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional communication through phone, email, and in person. Listening and providing empathy is crucial
  • Interest in gaining knowledge on payroll tax and human resources, and benefit related topics
  • Traits required to succeed in this role: detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, project/deadline driven
  • Previous HR industry or HR & Benefits technology experience (a plus)
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Strong problem solver with analytical aptitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution because there is always a way to get it done!
  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills


Salary : $34 - $38
