ThreadBeast is seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist ready to roll up their sleeves and take full ownership of our social media presence (across Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and Snap). This isn't just a strategy role—you'll be hands-on in developing and executing a strategic social media presence across our platforms that showcases the unique identity of the ThreadBeast brand.
Success in this role requires thinking strategically and moving fast to execute strategy and set campaign goals. You have excellent project management skills, a deep and current knowledge of each platform’s unique offerings and influencers, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement.

In This Role, You Will
- Innovate and execute a distinct channel strategy that sets us apart, weaving together organic social media, and influencer marketing to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of channel-specific initiatives with a collective mindset, ensuring they resonate deeply with our brand values while driving toward shared objectives and key performance indicators.
- Define clear, ambitious goals and metrics for each channel and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Inspire creativity and excellence in all aspects of communication, setting a high standard for quality, authenticity, and impact that reflects our commitment to being different.
- Oversee social media content calendars, considering business goals and objectives, including product drops, campaigns, and events.
- Produce engaging content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop assets that resonate with our audience.
- Actively engage with our community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Foster a loyal and engaged follower base.
- Provide insights on campaigns and projects to help refine strategies and approaches.
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for social media results and work closely with the director of social to provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs.
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to integrate influencer content to align with the drop calendar and other opportunities.
- Integrate influencer content to enhance reach and engagement.
- Cultivate strategic alliances and partnerships with external collaborators who share our values and vision, leveraging their expertise and influence to amplify our brand message and expand our reach to new and diverse audiences.
- Present key social analytics takeaways to leadership.
Three-Month Expectations
- Increase follower count and engagement rates across all platforms by executing effective social campaigns.

Qualifications
- 5 years in social media management with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement.
- Proficient in social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic design.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
