You will:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve an annual sales target starting at £600k (regional equivalent), using strategic planning and pipeline management to meet goals
- Build & Retain Client Relationships: Develop a loyal client base, leveraging tools and strategies to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases
- Engage Clients Through Appointments & Sourcing: Conduct client appointments locally or internationally, respond to item requests, and proactively source products
- Collaborate with Team & Stakeholders: Uphold operational excellence, train junior team members, and coordinate with key operational staff to ensure smooth client journeys
- Develop Content & Expand Reach via Social Media: Create engaging content for clients, drive customer acquisition through social channels, and keep up with trending products to meet client needs
- Proven experience as an assistant or equivalent in a junior sales role within the luxury fashion industry or at Threads
- Social media savvy and confident with learning to use new platforms
- Has extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market
- Team player
- Flexible and able to be hands-on
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical approach to solving problems and improving processes
- Commercially astute and willing to challenge the status quo
