What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Account Executive position at Threads Uniform Agency?
Threads’ next Sales Account Executive will come to us with no less than 5( ) years of B2B experience in a national, high demand/multiple location client base. You will bring an enthusiastic drive to build sales by expanding our existing clients' services while also prospecting new clients. You have been successful and hands-on in the entire sales cycle with the guidance of a senior sales and marketing executive (sales plan, prospecting, field visits, proposals, price negotiations, closing and customer onboarding). Typical sales tasks include but are not limited to quoting, forecasting, customer relationship management (CRM) software utilization and proposal development. We champion our Sales team to share 35% of their schedule a year to in-person engagements with our clients and prospects across the country. Our clients consist of theme parks, supermarkets, convenience stores, and quick service restaurants across the United States.
How you will spend your time
▪ Engages in active sales prospecting, cold calling and relationship development;
▪ Cultivates long term and sustainable service relationships with clients through consistent engagement beyond day one and sales roll-outs to ensure fluidity of projects;
▪ Interacts with various levels within client organizations, including management, buyers, end-users and others to ensure short- and long-term multi-function relationships with clients;
▪ Identifies new sales opportunities and develops plans of action to acquire the business;
▪ Coordinates closely with operational team and others within Threads Uniform Agency to execute service agreements and consistently provide exceptional customer experiences;
▪ Develops sales proposals and quotes; creates and presents sales forecasts;
▪ Utilizes CRM software for prospecting activities and sales forecasts;
▪ Performs other sales or corporate functions as required.

What you need to succeed
▪ Seasoned sales professional (does not have to be in apparel/fashion or uniform industry);
B2B "relationship-selling" experience is a MUST;
▪ Demonstrated success in working with large (high demand) corporations with multiple locations;
▪ Team oriented with the ability to work independently as well;
▪ Outstanding communication skills (listening, presenting, reporting, and writing);
▪ Must be organized with strong multi-tasking abilities;
▪ Proven ability to create, meet and/or exceed sales forecasts;

Education and Experience
▪ Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
▪ 5( ) plus years of direct B2B sales experience.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
