We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Integrator to join our US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) G2 team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our organization's use of Microsoft 365 as a Knowledge Management enabler in support of the TRADOC G2 mission. As a Microsoft 365 Integrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online. Your expertise will help drive productivity, collaboration, and efficiency across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to users of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, MS Planner, SharePoint Online, and Copilot for M365.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 features and updates and enable user adoption of those increase capabilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Integrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, MS Planner, SharePoint Online, and Copilot for M365. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer Microsoft 365 Certification, Knowledge Management Qualification Course, Knowledge Management Representative training or Knowledge Management certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must be clearable/eligible to obtain security clearance
