Responsibilities
- Support mission analysis, systems engineering, and operational research initiatives.
- Assist in modeling and simulation efforts for defense planning and strategy.
- Conduct research and data analysis on military operations and emerging technologies.
- Help develop technical reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership.
- Work alongside mission engineers to refine methodologies and improve analytical tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world defense challenges.
- Assist in testing and validating mission models and simulations.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
- Familiarity with modeling, simulation, and operational analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MATLAB, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in defense, military operations, and mission engineering concepts.
