Overview: Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee a wide variety of contracts and task orders, ensuring efficient management and delivery of services to our clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence within our organization.

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of current and future task orders, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize contract performance and profitability.
• Lead a team of task leads and subject matter experts to achieve project goals and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and reporting on project status and performance.
• Monitor and analyze project risks, issues, and opportunities; implement effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or similar role in managing defense or intelligence contracts, particularly in technical services.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and contract management principles.
• Provide support to business development, capture management, and the proposal process.
• Ability to execute and manage multiple concurrent programs and task orders consisting of full time employees and episodic support personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Security clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain one.
