Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Security Generalist with military experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and management, with a focus on military protocols, risk assessment, and the ability to lead in high-pressure environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively implement security measures to protect personnel, assets, and sensitive information.

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures in alignment with military standards and organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Manage day-to-day security operations, including the coordination of security personnel, resources, and systems.
• Liaise with government agencies, military units, and external partners to ensure compliance with security regulations and protocols.
• Monitor security technologies and stay updated on emerging threats and best practices in military and corporate security.
• Provide leadership and training to security teams, ensuring they are equipped to handle various security situations.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
• Prepare detailed reports on security breaches, investigations, and any necessary corrective actions.

• Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Current TS/SCI clearance is a must.
• Experience with Personnel Security (PERSEC) practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with security technology systems (e.g., surveillance, access control).
• Familiarity with physical security, personnel security, and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
