Threat Tec, a leading provider of innovative solutions in defense technology, is seeking a Robotics Systems Trainer to join our team at Camp Lejeune's Stone Bay Facility. This position will support our TALSAM Robotics program, focusing on delivering operator training, supporting system operations, and maintaining IRAS platforms across various robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IQT/MQT for IRAS Operators, Instructors, and Evaluators.
- Maintain operational readiness and qualifications across SUAS, ground systems, and maritime systems.
- Support O-Level maintenance, inspections, and equipment readiness.
- Participate in assessment and development events with USMC, USSOCOM, and industry partners.
- Develop and update TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) and POIs (Plans of Instruction).
- Provide operational field support with SOF units.
- Serve as Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) personnel for coordination at higher levels.
- Maintain physical fitness for outdoor field conditions involving IRAS systems.
- Active SECRET clearance (TS eligible).
- SUAS-E evaluator certification (if applicable).
- FAA Part 107 and FAA Class 2 Physical.
- Camp Lejeune RSO and LSO certifications.
- 4x4 driving certification.
- Experience on SOF Component Staff (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to brief senior leaders.
- Professional appearance (mandatory for HQ Augmentation roles).
- Eligibility for NATO SECRET clearance (required for certain roles).
- E-Verify clearance of applicants.
- Mandatory Government training compliance tracking post-award.
- CAC issuance eligibility (favorable NACI required).
