What you'll do as a People Business Partner

- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
- Support with recruitment process where needed including candidate selection and offer management.
- Serve as the point of contact for local employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
