Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including depositors, mixers, ovens, and other equipment.
- Conduct grounds keeping tasks such as landscaping and facility upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement around the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a food production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of grounds keeping practices.
