Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashiers and Forklift Drivers to join our team at Three Bears Alaska's new North Pole store.
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Ensure product freshness and follow company markdown guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Retrieve and store shopping carts.
- Unload and load trucks.
Forklift Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely retrieve merchandise and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow merchandising standards and practices.
- Align product, collect stray items, and stock to maintain high product levels.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities.
- Operate manual pallet jack, wheeled carts, trash compactor, cardboard baler, and other equipment.
