Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant serving chef-driven lunch and dinner menus in a lively, approachable and inviting setting. The third Dayton-area concept from The Idea Collective and Executive Chef Jorge Guzman (Sueño, Tender Mercy/Dzo) is set to open in May and will begin training in April.

We won't lie, this is a rigorous job. It is physical. You have to be fast, efficient, organized, and detail oriented. And you have to be willing to roll up your sleeves and do some dirty work. Accomplish your job duties with a smile on your face and not only will Three Birds function like clockwork, but you will vastly improve the guest experience. At the end of the day, that's why we do this.
Three Birds bussers will assist in clearing and resetting tables, running clean dishes from the dishwasher to the kitchen, maintaining bathroom cleanliness, and sustaining a sparkling clean dining room. We need somebody with a keen eye that wants to preserve the room's appearance and atmosphere in all of her shining glory. After all, she is beautiful.
