What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Food Prep position at Three Blacksmiths?
We are looking for a culinary professional with a passion for food and exceeding guest expectations! Our perfect candidate would have a minimum of one year culinary experience in a fine dining environment, be neat and organized.
Essential Job Functions:
- Preform dishwashing and cleaning duties for the restaurant.
- Ensure workstation mise en place is completed to standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Strictly adhere to recipes and standards for product preparation and plating Assist with inventory, receiving and proper storage of product.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Work well with other coworkers while displaying a positive and team player attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have great attention to detail and be Self-Motivated.
Requirements:
- Positive “can do” attitude and exceptional communication skills.
- Have a strong personal presentation; always well-groomed.
- Self-motivated; ability to excel under pressure.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
