What You’ll Do:
- Pre-marinate and prepare fresh chicken daily, ensuring our signature flavor profiles are spot on
- Cook, assemble, and plate orders with precision and speed
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure fast service without compromising quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience preferred (but we’re willing to train if you’ve got the passion!)
- Ability to handle high-speed kitchen work and multi-task under pressure
- Strong attention to detail—especially with our pre-marination process
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
