Clinical Educator Specialist Position FT Available

Primary Responsibilities:
- The Clinical Educator is accountable for the documentation and validation of staff training at Three Crosses Regional Hospital.
- Provides curriculum development in collaboration with Clinical Leadership.
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates educational activities planning for an assigned service or population.
- Participates in the coordination and continuity of orientation programs, including preceptor programs.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates educational plans/programs, while utilizing methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.
Requirements:
- ADN required; Bachelors preferred
- Current RN license required
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- 3 years hospital experience required
- 1 years’ experience with orientation and education of nursing staff preferred
