House Supervisor PRN Days/ Position Available

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patient care delivery which promotes safety and well being of all patients within the system
- Demonstrates sound financial use of medical supplies to minimize financial costs to patients.
- Works collaboratively with physicians/nursing staff to ensure that quality and competent care is rendered in all phases of patient care within the units.
- Facilitates shift organization and management to achieve optimal patient appropriate resource utilization.
- Must be flexible with work scheduling
- Manages conflict with effective communication and conflict resolution.

Builds customer loyalty among physicians, employees and the community.
- Any other tasks as deemed necessary for the hospital
Requirements:
- ASN Degree
- BSN preferred
- Current NM State Registered Nursing License
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred
- 1-3 years Clinical experience
