Job Summary: The Orthopedics & Musculoskeletal Clinic Manger is responsible for the clinical, administrative, operational, and financial activities of assigned clinics. Work collaboratively with TCRH clinical departments, nursing, physician leadership, support services and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations of assigned clinics. Works to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, effective and safe delivery of patient care. Ensures fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and high patient satisfaction. Manages the clinics budget, including expense control, and financial reporting, monitor billing, reimbursement, and collections to optimize revenue cycle management. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings. Develop and improve policies and processes to maximize the quality and efficiency of physicians and advance practitioners. Work collaboratively with physicians to provide leadership and organizational structure and efficiency. Provide team and individuals with what they need to excel in their roles and resolve conflicts and issues.
Minimal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
- 5 years leadership experience
