- Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met
- Generate the lead for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs
- Previous experience in customer support, client management, or a related field is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
